Being spiritual and having the right mental has only made the body easier to love. My genuine care about people is unmatched. To see others happy and thriving brings the most comfort to my soul. Throughout my years of expierence through fitness, being a life coach, and working in the medical field i have realized that fitness is not so much physical as portrayed. Fitness is apart of the ultimate goal of love and happiness.
